Position Summary:

Are you an experienced Medical Biller or Insurance Follow-up Specialist in the Crestview, FL area seeking a great career opportunity? Daily Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be performing front-end billing functions within a specialty clinic’s billing office. Responsibilities will include obtaining referrals and insurance authorizations for treatment / medications. Candidates will utilize current medical coding standards daily. Face-to-face patient interaction will be involved during review of patient financial obligations. Qualified candidates must be able to clearly express patient payment commitments in a polite and professional manner. This role will require intermediate starting experience with Microsoft Word & Excel, as well as proficiency to learn clinic billing systems. Please send qualified resumes with daytime phone numbers for IMMEDIATE, SAME-DAY callbacks!

Hours for this Position: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Required Skills

What We Look For:

• 2+ RECENT years of front-end medical billing or insurance authorizations experience from a hospital or physician office setting
• Full understanding of the insurance authorizations / pre-certification process
• Excellent computer skills with emphasis on use of Microsoft platforms
• High School Diploma or GED
