HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Bilingual Mandarin Community Care Center Associates
to fill an opening with a Healthcare Company in Monterey Park California
Daily Responsibilities for Bilingual Mandarin Community Care Center Associates:
- Provide excellent customer service for the Clever Care Community Center(s).
- Provide in-language support for members regarding their benefits and accessing care.
- Act as a Medicare Advisor with in-language support to community members with questions about their Medicare options.
- Schedule and coordinate health and wellness events held at the community centers. This includes logistic and planning efforts.
- Responsible for communicating and coordinating general building repairs with Facilities Manager/Department.
- Maintain a proper inventory of equipment, supplies and promotional/marketing items.
- Track and monitor traffic flow and utilization of services.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment is working properly for quality assurance purposes.
- Responsible for managing the use of space to host classes, activities and trainings while ensuring safety and cleanliness.
- Identify and develop programs and activities that bring value and interest to the center by working closely with internal teams.
- Identify and participate in member events and community events showcasing Clever Care benefits which includes sales booths at events, sponsorships of festivals, holidays, religious or ethnic services.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Summary
- The Community Center Associate will be based at one or more of Clever Care’s Medicare Community Centers and will provide customer service to Clever Care members and seniors in the community. This associate will represent Clever Care in the community and will develop and maintain the company’s reputation. The position will be customer-facing with sales responsibilities. The representative will be motivated by Clever Care’s mission to deliver culturally-sensitive health care solutions to seniors in our community.
- Schedule: 40 hours per week. Must be open to work on some Saturdays.
- Duration: Asap thru March 31, 2026
- Type: Full Time Temporary
- Schedule: Total 40 hours per week, 8:30am – 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break). Typical schedule may be Monday-Friday, but candidates must also be available Saturdays.
- Location: Fully onsite Monterey Park (117 West Garvey Ave. #C, Monterey Park, CA 91754)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing or Communications, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in marketing preferred.
- Experience working in health care, non-profit organizations, or senior community preferred.
- Event planning or coordination is a plus.
- Experience working with an ethnically diverse population
- Active California Life and Health Insurance License is required or must obtain within 2 months of hire

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 /Hour
