Care Engagement Specialist (Remote Kentucky)
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Care Engagement Specialist to fill an opening with a Health Plan in Kentucky.
Daily Responsibilities for Care Engagement Specialist:
- A telephonic team reaching out to our most vulnerable Medicare members who remain non-compliant for their annual preventive screenings and preventive visit. (outbound calls, about 10 calls per hour) documenting assessment applications.
- Shift/Remote: 8:30-5PM EST or CST (depending on where they live in KY)
- Length: 3 month contract, potential to extend
- Location: Remote Kentucky (May have to go to Louisville, KY 2 x a year.)
Required Qualifications for Care Engagement Specialist:
- HS Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of member engagement and customer service experience
- OUTBOUND experience is essential, ability to document while on the call
- Looking for member outreach experience that includes: booking provider appointments, gap closure, medication refills, etc.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $23.00 an hour
