Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join a respected care team in a supportive, patient-focused setting. This full-time position is ideal for someone seeking stability, autonomy, and a balanced Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends. You’ll work onsite in one location, allowing you to deliver meaningful care without the stress of travel or multiple facilities.
Pay Details: $120,000 – $130,000
- Incentive Bonus
Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Daily Responsibilities for the Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant:

Deliver onsite primary care to patients, focusing on chronic disease and medication management
Required Qualifications for the Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant:
- Active licensed as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Indiana
