Provider Performance Executive – Hybrid – NY Metro 

HealthCare Support is partnering with a nationally recognized health plan to hire a seasoned Provider Performance specialist who will drive performance, strengthen provider partnerships, and elevate the quality of care across the NY Metro Area. 

Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000/Annually

• Annual bonus
• Annual Merit Increases

Schedule: Hybrid, Monday–Friday

• Provider relations experience and ability to discuss performance metric with providers
