HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Patient Account Representative to fill an opening in Lebanon, New Hampshire.
Daily Responsibilities for Patient Account Representative:
- Must be able to perform essential job duties in at least two Patient Access service areas including ED.
- Verifies insurance, benefits, coverage & eligibility, completes assigned registration financial clearance work lists activities, obtains insurance authorizations for scheduled & unscheduled Hospital services, and secures inpatient visit notification to payors.
Shift Details: Day and evening
Required Qualifications for Patient Account Representative:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6+ months medical claims and or hospital collections and follow up experience
- Thorough understanding of the revenue cycle process, from patient access (authorization, admissions) through Patient Financial Services (billing, insurance appeals, collections) procedures and policies

Pay Details: $ 19.5 per hour
