Pediatric Care Manager
Licensed Pediatric Care Manager – Hybrid
HealthCare Support is actively seeking Pediatric Care Managers to fill multiple openings with a prestigious health plan in 2026.
Daily Responsibilities for Pediatric Care Manager:
- Perform care management duties to assess, plan and coordinate all aspects of medical and supporting services across the continuum of care for select members to promote quality, cost effective care. (Pediatric)
- Coordinate services between Primary Care Physician (PCP), specialists, medical providers (help finding providers), and non-medical staff as necessary to meet the complete medical socio-economic needs of clients. (Pediatric)

Shift: Mon- Fri 8am- 5pm EST – No OT required
- Length: Contract through Sept 2026
Required Qualifications for Pediatric Care Manager:
- Associates Degree
- 2+ years of pediatric nursing experience in a clinical setting as an RN
- 2+ years as Clinical Social Worker Licensure LCSW, LMHC, LMFT
- 1+ years of case management experience – Highly preferred

Pay Details: $34.00 to $46.00 an hour (Dependent on Licensure)
