Remote Healthcare Claim Denials Specialist (Remote CST Time Zone)

HealthCare Support is actively seeking Denial Specialists to fill multiple openings with a prestigious health plan in 2026. 

Daily Responsibilities for Healthcare Claim Denials Specialist:

  • Knowledge of denials process including understanding medical record information preferred.
  • Generates correspondence from EMR documentation and ensures correspondence tasks are processed in a timely manner to ensure compliance according to regulatory standards and policies
  • Updates and maintains correspondence templates based on regulatory, and interdepartmental correspondence inquiries
  • Coordinates all data collection, analysis, and reporting activities that impact the denial process

    Shift: Monday – Friday 10AM – 7PM CST, Tuesday – Saturday 1pm-10pm CST, Sunday – Thursday 1pm-10pm CST 

  • Length: Contract 6+ Months
  • Start Date: 01/05

Required Qualifications for Healthcare Claim Denials Specialist:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience as a CNA, CMA, or experience with denials processing, appeals, or UM. (Not looking for someone with only call center experience)
  • Advanced computer skills, multitasking skills, can toggle between different systems

Pay Details:  $22.47 to $22.47 an hour
