Freestanding Emergency Room RN – Up to $15,000Sign-On-Bonus
HealthCare Support is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a modern, freestanding emergency department in Wildwood, FL. This facility offers advanced on-site diagnostics, efficient patient flow, and a supportive environment where RNs can practice with strong autonomy. It’s an excellent opportunity for nurses who want to deliver high-quality emergency care while expanding their clinical skills in a well-equipped, fast-paced setting.
Compensation Notes:
- $30.60 – $45.90/hour + Shift differentials if applicable
- Up to $15K Sign-on bonus
Schedule:
- Multiple shifts available to meet your scheduling needs including Days and Weekends
Required Qualifications for a ER RN:
- Florida RN License
- 1+ year of recent Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, ED, or acute hospital experience
Daily Responsibilities for ER RN:
- Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages while developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously by providing general nursing care, prioritizing patient needs
