Inpatient Surgical RN –  Up to $25K Sign on Bonus!

HealthCare Support is seeking a Inpatient Surgical Registered Nurse to join a high-performing team in Gainesville, FL. This facility offers minimally invasive and robotic surgery across general, cardiovascular, orthopedic and oncology services. You’ll monitor and treat patients with complex conditions while building versatile skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Shift Options: 

• Multiple shifts available to meet your scheduling needs including Days, Nights, and Weekends

Compensation Notes: 

• $29.73-43.20/hour + Shift Differentials (if applicable)
• Up to $25,000 Sign-On-Bonus

Daily Responsibilities for the Inpatient Surgical RN: 

• Deliver continuous, high-quality care by assessing patient conditions, performing procedures, administering medications, and accurately documenting care.
• Support surgical patients by monitoring closely and educating patients, families, and caregivers on conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.

Required Qualifications for the Inpatient Surgical RN :

• Florida RN license (if compact, active FL license w/in 90 days) 
• 1+ year of RN experience
