Med Surg Registered Nurse – $10-$15K Sign on Bonus!

HealthCare Support is seeking a Med/Surg Neuro RN to join a top-performing hospital in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This facility is known for its Advanced Primary Stroke Center and strong neurological services. This role offers hands-on experience caring for neuro patients in a dynamic Med/Surg environment, working alongside a multidisciplinary team in a facility that prioritizes both clinical excellence and innovation. 

Shift Options: 

• Multiple shifts available to meet your scheduling needs including Days and Nights

 
Compensation Notes: 

• $27.72 – $39.60/hour + Shift Differentials (if applicable)
• $10-$15,000 Sign-On-Bonus

Daily Responsibilities for Med Surg Neuro Registered Nurse: 

• Manage IV therapy, wound care, and discharge planning
• Provide patient education to ensure understanding of medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care

Required Qualifications for Med Surg Neuro Registered Nurse: 

• Florida RN License (if compact, active FL license w/in 90 days) 
• 1+ year hospital experience
