HealthCare Support is actively seeking a AR/AP to fill an opening in Louisville, Kentucky. 

Daily Responsibilities for AR/AP:

  • Responsible for timely and accurate processing of weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly payrolls as part of a Team that supports 60K+ employees (union and non-union) across multiple states, Canada, PR and VI Gathers, analyzes, and summarizes financial information.
  • Provides customer service and problem resolution to operational staff
  • Maintains knowledge of company payroll policies and procedures, guidelines and regulations under federal, state and local governments
  • Monday to Friday 8AM – 5PM

Required Qualifications for AR/AP:

  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication Strong organizational skills, detail oriented
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

Preferred Qualifications for AR/AP:

  • Associates degree or Technical Training preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience using a payroll software system, especially ADP and/or Kronos
    1-3 years of payroll or data entry experience preferred

Pay Details: $21.86 / Hour
