Orthopedic Registered Nurse (RN) – $15,000 Sign On Bonus

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Orthopedic Registered Nurse (RN) to join a leading hospital in Tallahassee, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver specialized post-surgical care while working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment dedicated to improving mobility, recovery, and quality of life.

Shift Options:

• Nights – 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Compensation Notes:

• $29.00 – $43.25/hr + shift differentials if applicable
• $10-$15K Sign on Bonus

Required Qualifications for Orthopedic Registered Nurse (RN):

• Active Florida RN license or compact licensure (must obtain FL license within 90 days if relocating)
• 1+ year of RN experience

Daily Responsibilities for Orthopedic Registered Nurse (RN):

• Deliver post-operative orthopedic care—including pain management, mobility support, wound care, and complication monitoring—while educating patients and families on recovery and rehabilitation.
• Coordinate with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes and maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation.
