Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (NP/PA) – Day Shift, No weekends, No on-call!
Healthcare Support is actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for a full-time role with a well-respected not-for-profit healthcare company in Schenectady, NY. This position offers generous PTO, excellent work life balance, and sign on bonus!
Pay Details:
- $100,000 – $140,000 annually
- Sign-On Bonus
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30a – 4:00p

Daily Responsibilities for the Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant:
- Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, performing exams, and ordering/reviewing diagnostic tests; develop and adjust care and treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
- Prescribe medications or treatments within guidelines, monitor test results and patient progress, and determine eligibility for clinical trials.
Required Qualifications for the Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) or Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- National Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
- Active state license in New York as NP, APRN, or PA
