Senior UAS Assessor – Onondaga County
We’re seeking a Senior UAS Assessor to join a mission-driven, well-established organization known for strong member care and a supportive culture. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $90,000–$95,000/Annually

Responsibilities of a Senior UAS Assessor
Join a mission-driven care management team performing UAS Assessments and supporting long-term care members through personalized care plans, hands-on coordination, and meaningful advocacy to ensure they receive the highest quality care across the continuum.
Required Qualifications of a Senior UAS Assessor
- Active and clear NY State RN license
- Experience in UAS, hospital, skilled nursing, or home health settings
- Must have reliable transportation
