We’re looking for a Senior UAS Assessor to join an organization known for reliable benefits and consistent work-life balance, this role is well-suited for an RN seeking stability and a Monday–Friday routine. This full-time, field-based position offers meaningful one-on-one time with members in their homes.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:

• $90,000 – $95,000 annually (DOE)

• Mileage & toll reimbursement at the federal rate (62.5¢/mile)

Daily Responsibilities for a Senior UAS Assessor:

• Join a mission-driven care management team performing UAS Assessments and supporting long-term care members through personalized care plans, hands-on coordination, and meaningful advocacy to ensure they receive the highest quality care across the continuum.

Required Qualifications for Senior UAS Assessor:

• Active and clear NY State RN license

• 4+ years of total nursing experience
