Pharmacy Technician
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacy Technician to fill an opening in Louisville, Kentucky.
Daily Responsibilities for Pharmacy Technician:
- Communicates with patients and physician office staff to resolve issues, coordinate medication deliveries, collect co-payments, answer questions, triage calls to appropriate departments as needed.
- Inbound calls should be handled using first call resolution customer service practices.
- Monday to Friday Shift options:
9 AM to 5:30PM EST
9:30AM to 6PM EST
10:30AM to 7 PM EST
11AM to 7:30PM EST
11:30AM to 8PM EST
Weekday/Weekend position
Monday to Wednesday 10:30AM to 7PM + Sat/Sun at 9AM to 5:30PM EST
Required Qualifications for Pharmacy Technician:
- Must be licensed or registered with the BOP
Preferred Qualifications for Pharmacy Technician:
- PTCB preferred

Pay Details: $24.51 / Hour
