Bilingual Data Entry Specialist – Spanish to English
English/Spanish Bilingual Data Entry Specialist (Onsite Seattle)
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Bilingual Data Entry Specialist to fill an opening with a Managed Care Organization in Seattle, Washington. Position does sit onsite in Seattle.
Daily Responsibilities for Bilingual Data Entry Specialist:
- The focus for the position will be solely on post payment appeals, not member appeals.
- Provides basic grievance and appeals guidance and support to a limited number of providers.
- Regular Shift: M-F 8-5
- Onsite Position In Seattle, WA 98101
- Length: Contract 3 months
Required Qualifications for Bilingual Data Entry Specialist:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual in Spanish – fluent verbally and written
- 1 year of recent data entry or administrative experience in a busy Dr. office, clinic or hospital
Preferred Qualifications for Bilingual Data Entry Specialist:
- Ability to decipher handwriting in Spanish on cards collected from clinics and translate messages from Spanish to English to input messages into a database
- Ability to type 65-70 WPM (can be flexible on this)
