Advocacy Tracking Coordinator (Onsite Seattle)

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Advocacy Tracking Coordinator  to fill an opening with a Managed Care Organization in Seattle, Washington.  Position does sit onsite in Seattle. 

Daily Responsibilities for Advocacy Tracking Coordinator:

  • Coordinates the collection, tracking, and processing of clinic card data.
  • Coordinate all data entry activities, including but not limited to; data entry and proofing messages to legislators, coordinating tasks for additional data entry staff as needed.
  • Regular Shift: M-F 8-5
  • Onsite Position In Seattle, WA 98101
  • Length:  Contract 3-4 months

Required Qualifications for Advocacy Tracking Coordinator:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of recent experience with healthcare proofreading/marketing, administrative or project coordination experience, or experience with political campaigns or advocacy groups

Preferred Qualifications for Bilingual Data Entry Specialist:

  • Ability to type 55 WPM
  • Experience with advocacy, grassroots mobilization, or political campaigns preferred, but not required
  • Associates, Bachelors, or previous college coursework preferred

Pay Details: $25.00/hour – 28.00/hour
