HealthCare Support is actively seeking a LPN Case Manager to fill an opening with a Prestigious Healthcare Company in Orlando Florida.

Daily Responsibilities for LPN Case Manager:
Specific Duties:

  • Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements.
  • Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems.
  • Solves moderately complex problems and/or conduct moderately complex analyses.
  • Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks.
  • Translate concepts into practice.
  • Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues.
  • Coaches, provide feedback, and guides others.
  • Acts as a resource for others with less experience.

Shift start & end times:
8am-5pm Monday-Friday 

Required Qualifications for LPN Case Manager:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred)
  • Current LPN license in Florida 
  • Current BLS certification
  • 1+ years of recent pertinent professional nursing experience in a hospital, medical office, or other clinical setting
  • 2 years as a licensed practical nurse in a pertinent practice area

Preferred Qualifications for LPN Case Manager:

  • Generally, work is self-directed and not prescribed.
  • Works with less structured, more complex issues.
  • Serves as a resource to others.

Pay Details: $32 – $34 /Hour
