HealthCare Support is currently interviewing for a permanent Float Pharmacist role. This position offers career growth opportunities, strong benefits, and the stability of a trusted national employer while serving multiple communities in Lebanon, Campbellsville, Elizabethtown, Bardstown, and Brandenburg, KY.
Pay Details:
- Compensation from $117,000 to $136,000 per year
Schedule: Flexible options: 5×8-hour shifts or 4×10-hour shifts
Most locations are open:
- Weekdays – Open from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
- Saturday – Open from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Sundays – Open from 10a.m. – 5p.m.
Required Qualifications for the Float Pharmacist:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Current pharmacist licensure in good standing

Daily Responsibilities for the Float Pharmacist:
- Deliver patient-focused care by accurately filling prescriptions, administering vaccines, providing counseling, and ensuring adherence to all pharmacy laws and standards.
- Manage pharmacy operations including inventory control, record keeping, technician support, and maintaining a clean, compliant environment using proprietary systems.
