HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Continuity Project Lead – Disaster Recovery to fill an opening with a fortune 25 Healthcare company.
Daily Responsibilities for Continuity Project Lead – Disaster Recovery
- Lead refinement of business services inventory, map services and dependencies into Fusion (System of Record)
- Facilitate interaction workflows between BC, DR, Incident/Crisis, and Third-Party Resilience.
- Coordinate recovery strategy planning and resilience integration activities.
- Partner with service and business owners including senior leaders.
- Track program delivery milestones, ensure accuracy and audit-readiness of resilience data, and support Fusion product roadmap.
- Meeting with team members and stakeholders to confirm inventory of business services and mapping business services ensuring data
- Bipolar focus — tactical delivery + strategic resiliency design
- Front-line interaction with C-Suite service owners
- Strong influence on Centene’s emerging resilience operating model
- Length of assignment: Right to hire
- Shift: M/F 8-4 or 9-5. Every other Friday off (this week the schedule will be 8am-5pm)
- Location: Remote working CST hours.
Requirements: Continuity Project Lead – Disaster Recovery
- Bachelors or equivalence of 5+ years in BC/DR
- 5-8+ years business continuity, disaster recovery, operational resilience, risk management, third party risk exp
- CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional) or equivalent resilience certification
- Fusion or equivalent resilience system experience
- Strong project/program management (workflows + data accuracy)
- Strong analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills, with proven experience in operational resilience, risk management, or business continuity

Pay Details: $$70-$$75 an hour.
