Daily Responsibilities for Senior UAS Assessor:
- Assess medical and support needs, create personalized care plans, and ensure members receive the right services across the continuum of care.
- Work with providers, caregivers, and community resources to manage care plans, monitor progress, and adjust as member needs change.
- Support members and families by explaining benefits, connecting them with resources, and promoting high-quality, cost-effective care.
Required Qualifications for Senior UAS Assessor:
- Active and clear NY State RN license
Benefits for Remote Senior UAS Assessor:
- Compensation: $$69,205 – $124,390 annually (DOE)
- Monday–Friday daytime schedule
- Strong work/life balance with predictable hours
