HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Respiratory Therapist Supervisor to fill an opening with a nation wide respiratory care leader in Murray, KY.

Pay Details: $78,000 – $80,000 a year
- Employees are eligible to earn a Quarterly Bonus, with a Target of $800 per quarter, based on performance, with the opportunity to achieve up to the maximum of $1,000 per quarter
Daily Responsibilities for Respiratory Therapist Supervisor:
- Shift: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

Oversee Clinical Contact Center Operations: Manage inbound/outbound calls, texts, chats, and emails while leading remote and on-site clinical staff to ensure quality patient support and performance goals are met

Provide Clinical Leadership: Use professional licensure to guide patient care, conduct assessments, and train clinical team members within the Murray, KY facility
Required Qualifications for Respiratory Therapist Supervisor:
- Credentials as a respiratory therapist, Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT), or Respiratory Care Practitioner (“RC”)
- Must be licensed in the primary state of home office as required by state law and provide a copy of license to the location
