Open Heart Registered Nurse (OR)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Open Heart Registered Nurse (OR) to join a leading hospital in Kissimmee, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity to assist in complex cardiovascular procedures within a collaborative, high-acuity surgical environment focused on patient safety and clinical excellence.

Schedule: Days | 10-hour shifts

Compensation: $33.43 – $48.00/hr (DOE)
Differentials: Nights +$4.50/hr | Weekends +$1.50/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

Daily Responsibilities for Open Heart Registered Nurse (OR):

Circulate or scrub in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) for open-heart and vascular surgeries.
Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment, ensuring all instruments and equipment are available and properly maintained.
Monitor and assess patient vitals and condition throughout the surgical process.
Collaborate closely with cardiac surgeons, anesthesiologists, perfusionists, and surgical techs to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation according to hospital and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications for Open Heart Registered Nurse (OR):

1+ year of perioperative nursing experience
1+ year of experience with open-heart and cardiovascular surgeries
Active Florida RN license or compact license
