HealthCare Support is currently seeking a skilled Cardiac Surgical ICU RN for a top-tier opportunity in Tallahassee, FL. Join a highly respected healthcare facility recognized for its clinical excellence in Orthopedic Surgery, Joint Replacement, Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, and Gynecologic Surgery. SIGN ON BONUS: up to $15,000
Pay Details:
- $29.43 – $43.25 hourly
Schedule:
- 3 x 12s with rotating weekends
- Nights open
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Required Qualifications for Cardiac Surgical ICU RN:

Florida RN license (if compact, active FL license w/in 90 days)
- 1+ year of hospital experience

Daily Responsibilities for Cardiac Surgical ICU RN:

Provide specialized post-operative care for patients recovering from cardiac surgeries (CABG, valve repair/replacement), including monitoring vitals, administering medications, managing critical interventions, and educating patients and families on treatment plans.

Collaborate with cardiologists, surgeons, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal recovery outcomes through evidence-based practice, patient advocacy, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
