Respiratory Therapist – $4,000 SIGN ON BONUS
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Respiratory Therapist to fill an opening with a nation wide respiratory care leader in Conway, AR.

Enjoy weekday hours (Mon–Fri, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.), quarterly performance bonuses up to $1,000, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus while making a meaningful impact every day
Pay Details:
- $32/hr – $35/hr + Mileage Reimbursement
- $4,000 Sign-On Bonus available!
- Employees are eligible to earn a Quarterly Bonus, with a Target of $800 per quarter, based on performance, with the opportunity to achieve up to the maximum of $1,000 per quarter
Daily Responsibilities for Respiratory Therapist:
- Shift: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

Provide in-home respiratory care, patient education, and equipment setup to ensure effective treatment and patient comfort

Collaborate with the regional care team to support patient needs, complete documentation, and deliver high-quality clinical services
Required Qualifications for Respiratory Therapist:
- Credentials as a respiratory therapist, Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Must be licensed in the primary state of home office as required by state law and provide a copy of license to the location
