HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Community Business Director to fill an opening with a Senior Living company in Missoula, MT

Daily Responsibilities for Community Business Director: 

  • Assisted with recruiting and onboarding new employees
  • Oversee clinical schedule in collaboration with support staff
  • Help residents with daily living activities when needed
  • Perform payroll and time clock functions
  • Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm

Required Qualifications for Community Business Director: 

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 6+ Months of Office Management Experience
  • 6+ Months of Experience as a Caregiver
  • Volunteer of Work Experience within a Memory Care Setting

Pay Details: $50,000 – $52,000
