HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Community Business Director to fill an opening with a Senior Living company in Missoula, MT
Daily Responsibilities for Community Business Director:
- Assisted with recruiting and onboarding new employees
- Oversee clinical schedule in collaboration with support staff
- Help residents with daily living activities when needed
- Perform payroll and time clock functions
- Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm
Required Qualifications for Community Business Director:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 6+ Months of Office Management Experience
- 6+ Months of Experience as a Caregiver
- Volunteer of Work Experience within a Memory Care Setting
