Remote Insurance Denials Representative
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Remote Insurance Denials Representative to fill in an opening.
Pay Details: $ 23 per hour
Shift Details: Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm in candidate's time zone
Daily Responsibilities for Remote Insurance Denials Representative:
- Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding practices, audit processes, and denial management, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Coordinate with the Clinical Resource Center (CRC) for clinical consultations or account referrals when necessary
- Research contract terms/interpretation and compile necessary supporting documentation for appeals, Terms & Conditions for Internet Enabled Managed Care System (IMaCS) adjudication issues, and referral to refund unit on overpayments
Required Qualifications for Remote Insurance Denials Representative:
- 1-4 years Revenue Cycle Experience Preferred
- Previous Denials experience Insurance
- High school diploma or GED
