Mail Room Inserting Operator
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Mail Room Inserting Operator to fill an opening with a Fortune top 25 Managed Care Company in Getzville, NY 14068. This is an onsite role. Shift is Monday-Wednesday 3pm-11pm, Thursday-Friday OFF, Saturday- Sunday 6:30am-2:30pm.
Daily Responsibilities for Mail Room Inserting Operator:
- Produce mail pieces using automated inserting technology
- Operate folding machines, cutter and bindery equipment
- Operate machines that insert printed matter, such as letters or booklets into envelopes
- Maintain equipment using provided maintenance schedule
- Maintain optimal level of productivity
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for a long period of time
- Hand and machine inserting printed letters into envelopes
- Inserting letters into envelops using mail production equipment
- Focusing on quality that is in line with HIPAA standards
Required Qualifications for Mail Room Inserting Operator:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience working in production, manufacturing, or retain exp
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Independent worker
Preferred Qualifications for Mail Room Inserting Operator:
- 1+ years of experience working in mail production facility, trouble shooting machine issues
- USPS Postal regulation exp

Pay Details: $18.00 an hour
