Resident Nurse Manager – Senior Living
HealthCare Support is seeking a Resident Nurse Manager – Senior Living
who values contributions and supports growth throughout independent living, assisted living, supportive living, and memory care communities in Walker, MN!
Pay Details: $70K – $75K + $120K Sign-on Bonus
Shift Details: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Daily Responsibilities for Resident Nurse Manager – Senior Living :
- Partner with the Clinical Services Director to ensure our nurses and caregivers provide the best care possible
- Act as a supporting manager and provide training to a team of clinical staff
- Provide clinical oversight of resident care plans
- Assist in the hiring of clinical care staff
Required Qualifications for Resident Nurse Manager – Senior Living :
- Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous experience supervising staff
- Experience with Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living
