HealthCare Support is seeking an Executive Director – Senior Living who values contributions and supports growth throughout independent living, assisted living, supportive living, and memory care communities in Cheyenne, WY!

Pay Details:  $80K – $95K + up to 20% annual bonus based on performance

Shift Details: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Daily Responsibilities for Executive Director – Senior Living :

  • Lead all day-to-day community operations, including P&L management, staffing, and resident satisfaction
  • Develop and execute strategies for sales, occupancy, revenue growth, expense control, and service quality
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of leaders in care, sales, hospitality, and resident engagement

Required Qualifications for  Executive Director – Senior Living :

  • Associate degree in healthcare, business management, or related field
  • 3+ years of recent leadership experience, including management of department heads
  • Experience working with unions is preferred
