Pharmacist-in-Charge – $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
HealthCare Support is seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead a community-focused pharmacy in Iberia, MO. This full-time role offers an excellent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and the support of a highly skilled, tenured technician team. Shift:
- Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- One mid-weekday off every other week!
Pay Details:
- $130,000 – $150,000 annual salary (depending on experience)
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Daily Responsibilities:
- Lead daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance, patient care, and smooth workflow while collaborating with providers.
- Provide leadership with the support of two highly skilled, tenured pharmacy technicians, making an immediate impact on team success and patient service.
Required Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Missouri
- Strong clinical expertise, effective communication skills, and a demonstrated commitment to patient care and community service
