Analyst
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Analyst to fill in opening Louisville, Kentucky.
Pay Details: $37.11 per hour
Shift Details: Monday to Friday 9am-3pm EST (2 days onsite and 3 days remote)
Daily Responsibilities for Analyst:
- Creating process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and manuals, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
- Work with various teams to gather requirements, understand needs, and ensure process improvements are aligned with business goals.
- Prepare documentation of current and desired state.
Required Qualifications for Analyst:
- Process flow documentation in Visio, SOP creation and maintenance in Scribe or Microsoft Word, ability to work independently with guidance/objectives.
- Role demands ability to assess process performance, identify and articulate gaps, strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience with swim lane process flows and SOP creation and editing.
- Experience with Scribe is a plus.
- Must have experience and competency using Visio and MS Word
