Closed Door Pharmacist – $5,000 SOB 

HealthCare Support is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join a mission-driven pharmacy services provider supporting long-term care, skilled nursing facilities, public health organizations, and post-acute care. In this closed-door pharmacy environment, you’ll enjoy more predictable hours, no direct retail customer interactions, and a collaborative, team-based workflow, allowing you to focus fully on patient safety, accuracy, and quality care.

Schedule:

• Day Shift

Pay:

• $62–$65/hr (based on experience)
• $5,000 Sign-on Bonus

Daily Responsibilities:

• Review and verify physician orders for accuracy and safety

• Maintain accurate patient medication records

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective medication use

• Prepare, package, and label medications

• Support compliance with pharmacy regulations and best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy

• Clear and active Pharmacist license in Wisconsin

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pharmacist
