Registered Nurse

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Registered Nurse to fill an opening in Branford, CT.

Daily Responsibilities for Registered Nurse:

• Support the care team and their patients by providing and documenting nursing care following established standards and practices.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, staff and providers.
• Document all patient interactions and other clinical activities accurately and in a timely manner in EPIC.
• Provide education to parents and patients regarding their illness or injury and provide instruction on self-management of their condition.
• 8:00-5:00 and 9:00-6pm (alternating weeks) M – F
   

Required Qualifications for Registered Nurse:

• Active unrestricted RN licensure in CT
• 1+ years of experience working in a hospital or medical office

Pay Details: $48 to $53 / hour
