HealthCare Support is on the lookout for passionate and caring Certified Nursing Assistants and Resident Assistants (non-certified) to support Memory Care, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing units at a vibrant and thriving senior care community in Portland, OR.

Competitive Pay:

• $21.69– $28.20/hr. Dependent on Experience
• Evening Shift Differential – $2/hr. 
• Weekend Shift Differential – $3/hr. 

Your Day-to-Day:

• Provide compassionate care including personal hygiene, mobility support, mealtime assistance, and companionship
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behavior
• Collaborate with Nurse Managers and a dedicated care team across memory care, ALF, and SNF units
• Maintain dignity and comfort for all residents through attentive, person-centered care

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift – 6am–2:30pm – Full-Time
• Evening Shift – 2pm–10:30pm – Full-Time + $2hr. Shift Differential! 
• Day Shift – (Weekends) – Part-Time +3/hr. Shift Differential!

**All positions require weekend rotation. **

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience working with seniors in a residential, memory care, or healthcare setting
• CNA certification preferred
• English fluency
