Pay Details: 

• $28.08 – $40+/hour 

• Depending on experience  

• Sign on bonus

• Shift differentials that stack 

Schedule:  

• 3-12s with rotating weekends 
• Days
• Nights

Daily Responsibilities for Cardiac Surgical ICU RN: 

• Act as a dedicated advocate for patients and their families, ensuring privacy and confidentiality are always maintained 

• Educate patients and families on medications, treatment plans, and post-care instructions to support recovery and understanding 

• Deliver attentive, high-quality care with a strong focus on continuous improvement and best practices in patient outcomes 

Required Qualifications for Cardiac Surgical ICU RN: 

• Florida RN license (if compact, active FL license w/in 90 days) 

• 1+ year of recent critical care experience
