Remote CMA/RMA Medical Assistant Medication Adherence Technician
Medical Assistant/ Pharmacy Technician Medication Adherence (CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA)
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a fully remote Medication Adherence Technician to fill an opening with a leading pharmaceutical organization. Must be a CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA. Best for candidates not working and avail immediately.
Daily Responsibilities for Medication Adherence Technician:
- The Medication Adherence Technician will apply knowledge and skills to engage in-depth discussion with patients about medication adherence to identify and resolve patient adherence barriers.
- The MAT Tech will be making 80-100 outbound calls (cold calls) per day to patients.
- Location: Fully Remote (Candidates can not reside in Hawaii or California)
- Shift: CST; Full-Time, 40 hour per week (Super flexible but must complete 8 hours in between 8am-8pm.)
- Length: Contract until end of year.
Required Qualifications for Medication Adherence Technician:
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA, or CNA
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google – ability to learn new technology
- 2-5 years experience with pharmacy and heavy outbound calls

Pay Details: $19.50 – $19.50 an hour
