HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Triage RN to fill an opening with a Fortune 500 Healthcare Organization in Orlando, FL.
Daily Responsibilities for Triage RN:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists Provider in the follow-up management of post-hospitalized or post-emergency room visits.
- Comprehensively screens patients for care opportunities and collaborates with treating physician to develop care plans that meet patients’ needs and result in appropriate quality care.
- Provides condition specific patient education and anticipatory guidance, as well as care coordination
- M-F: 8a-5p
Required Qualifications for Triage RN:
- Clear and active FL RN license
- 1-2 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications for Triage RN:
- At least 1-2+ years of experience
- Previous primary care, physicians office, urgent care or hospital experience a plus

Pay Details: $40.00 – $45.00 an hour
