Technologist Assistant 

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Technologist Assistant  to fill an opening with a well-known healthcare organization in Louisville, KY.

Daily Responsibilities for the Technologist Assistant:

  • Directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the patient registration.
  • Greets visitors/patients.
  • Check-in process; Check-out process; Insurance verification process; Informs patients of costs for care being provided.
  • Guides them to appropriate resources for further information.
  • Monday – Friday, 12:30 pm – 8:30pm 

Required Qualifications for the Technologist Assistant: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CPR Certification (Preferred)
  • Phlebotomy OR Medical Assisting Certificate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet applications
