HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Surgical Technologist to fill an opening with a nationally recognized healthcare organization in Seattle, WA.
Daily Responsibilities for Surgical Technologist:
- Assist the surgical team to ensure safe and high-quality patient care during operative procedures
- Collaborate with team members to prepare the operating room, select instruments, and support the surgeon throughout the procedure
- Maintain strict adherence to aseptic technique and infection control practices
- Demonstrate technical competence during procedures and appropriately utilize equipment and supplies
- Respond to emergency situations following ACLS protocols and help as needed
- Use, protect, and disclose patient PHI only in accordance with HIPAA standards
- Shift: 4x10s – Monday through Friday (day off during the week varies), 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM
Required Qualifications for Surgical Technologist:
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
- Current Surgical Tech Registration in the state of Washington
- Current AHA BLS Certification
- Prior surgical tech experience in orthopedics, general surgery, GYN, urology, or ENT preferred
Preferred Qualifications for Surgical Technologist:
- Associate’s degree or advanced surgical training
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
- Excellent communication and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented with strong decision-making and judgment during procedures

Pay Details: $28 to $34 / hour
