Support Services Representative

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Support Services Representative to fill an opening with a healthcare company in Frisco, TX.

Daily Responsibilities for Support Services Representative:

  • Responsible for providing clerical support services in addition to providing, medical records, EOB’s, UB92’s and itemized statements to external and internal entities
  • Processes requests for medical records, EOB’s, Ub92’s, and itemized statements to designated business unit contact
  • Performs various clerical duties such as sorting correspondence, filing, photocopying and scanning and indexing documents. Mail printing, tracking and distribution
  • Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm/Onsite
     

Required Qualifications for Support Services Representative:

  • High School Diploma OR equivalent
  • 1+ year administrative experience in medical facility, health insurance, or related area
  • Computer knowledge: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications for Support Services Representative:

  • eCW experience

Pay Details: $18.00 an hour – $18.00 an hour
