Entry-Level Hospital Services Technician

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Hospital Services Technicians to join a thriving company in Grand Rapids, MI. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to transition into a rewarding career in healthcare in a high-demand role!

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Within the first 120 days of employment, you'll participate in an esteemed training program, including hands-on experience in a hospital setting and a specialized curriculum aimed at developing the skills required for certification
• Post-certification duties include maintaining sterility, assisting in pre-operative tasks, intra-operative support, and aiding in post-operative cleanup, managing laparoscopic equipment maintenance, and fostering communication with colleagues and hospital staff
• Flexible shift options with on-call rotation to meet your scheduling needs:
  • Days 8 (x5)
  • Nights 10 (x4)
  • Weekends 12 (x3)
     

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required
• Strong customer service skills with 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Willing to get a certification as a Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician (CRCST) within 90 days from hire

Pay Details:

• $19.80 – $23.80 per hour
• Post certification eligible for an increase
• Additional hourly pay for On-call
