HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Social Worker to fill an opening in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
                                                                                                                
Pay Details: $ 19 to $ 23 per hour

Shift Details: Part-time hours M-F 8am-12/1pm but flexible

Daily Responsibilities for Social Worker:

• Help patients navigate and access community resources such as food assistance, housing, transportation, and social services.
• Collaborates with healthcare providers to ensure patients’ non-clinical needs are identified and addressed.
• Maintains thorough and accurate documentation of patient interactions, services provided, and resource referrals.
   

Required Qualifications for Social Worker:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience in social services or a healthcare setting.
• Experience in patient advocacy or resource coordination.

Preferred Qualifications for Social Worker:

• eCW Experience
• Training or certification in community health, social services, or a related field is preferred.
