Senior Disability Financial Underwriter

Sr. Disability Financial Underwriter 

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Sr. Disability Financial Underwriter to fill an opening with a Managed Care Company.

Daily Responsibilities for Remote Sr. Disability Financial Underwriter :

• The Senior Disability Financial Underwriter prepares a variety of financial reports for all group accounts and provides rationale and support to other areas within the organization and to clients regarding rate computations and financial activity.
• Consults on product and risk strategies. Provides expense estimates and accurate analysis of financial exhibits. 
• 8am – 5pm EST / Flexible for CST
   

Required Qualifications for Sr. Disability Financial Underwriter:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years Underwriting Experience (AAPC or AHIMA)
• Prior experience in underwriting EOI, Life, Dental, and Vision products preferred

Preferred Qualifications for Sr. Disability Financial Underwriter :

• Masters of Health Information or Finance

Pay Details: $45  – $49 an hour
