RN Telephonic Case Manager
HealthCare Support is actively seeking an RN Telephonic Case Manager to fill a remote opening for Managed Care Organization
Daily Responsibilities for RN Telephonic Case Manager:
- Call center environment Telephonic nurse case management
- Must be tech Savvy and highly productive during the day
- Talk with predominately members, but will speak with designated contacts and providers too to collaborate on closing out any gaps in care with a member
- Do a lot of selling of the program
- Manage members across the states
- Location: Remote
- Shift: M-F, must be available any hours between 8am-11pm EST (possibility of split shift as well, for example 8-12 EST and 4-8 EST)
Required Qualifications for RN Telephonic Case Manager:
- Graduate from accredited nursing school
- Compact RN license in state they live in (having additional licensures in non-compact state is a bonus!)
- 3 years of clinical experience
- 2 years of TELEPHONIC case management experience required (prefer from an MCO setting)
- prefer experience with commercially insured population

Pay Details: $39 – 52/hr (depending on candidate location)
