RN Field Supervisor

Field RN Supervisor 

HealthCare Support is actively seeking an Field RN Supervisor:
to fill an opening with a prestigious Healthcare company in Manhattan, NY area.
 
Daily Responsibilities for Field RN Supervisor :

• Work in collaboration with primary care physicians to ensure proper oversight and coordination of patient care
• Work with the physician to coordinate and support the participant’s functional, clinical, and psychosocial needs, with an emphasis on independence and wellness
• Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm

Required Qualifications for Field RN Supervisor:

• Active NY Registered Nursing license
• 5 years’ experience as a RN
• 1+ years of recent experience at a Certified home health agency (CHHA )
• 1+ year of recent supervisory experience
• Knowledge of New York State Department of Health Regulations
