RN Field Clinical Manager
HealthCare Support is actively seeking an RN Field Clinical Manager to fill an opening with a leading healthcare organization in Wake & Durham Counties, NC.
Daily Responsibilities for RN Field Clinical Manager:
- Travel between 7 skilled nursing facilities during shift to provide clinical leadership
- Ensure accurate documentation and assist providers with patient assessments and care planning
- Coordinate benefits (Medicare A/B/D), therapy, and interdisciplinary meetings
- Support clinical education, quality measures, and compliance initiatives
- Attend facility and family meetings; respond to change in patient conditions
- Write verbal orders in compliance with RN scope and facility practices
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Required Qualifications for RN Field Clinical Manager:
- Associate’s degree or higher in Nursing (RN)
- Active, unrestricted RN license in NC (or ability to obtain)
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- 1+ year of clinical experience
- Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Preferred Qualifications for RN Field Clinical Manager:
- Experience in long-term care, geriatrics, or chronic illness management
- Strong documentation and EMR skills
- Excellent communication and time management
- Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary care teams

Pay Details: $45 – $50 an hour
