HealthCare Support is actively seeking an RN Clinical Field Manager to fill an opening with a prestigious Healthcare Organization in Spencer, NC.
Daily Responsibilities for an RN Clinical Field Manager:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation.
- Communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Assist the provider/team with various care coordination activities
- Assist the provider/team with benefit determination associated with Medicare part A, part B, and part D benefits
- Responsible for collaborating with the primary advanced practice clinician, (APC) and facility to identify and respond to patient change in condition
- Assist the provider / team with therapy coordination
- M-F: 8a-5p
Required Qualifications for RN Clinical Field Manager:
- Clear and active NC RN license
- 1-2 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications for RN Clinical Field Manager:
- At least 1-2+ years of experience
- Experience in meeting the medical needs of patients with complex behavioral, social and/or functional needs
- Understanding of Complex and Chronic Illness
- Understanding of Advanced Illness and end of life discussions
- Proficient computer skills including the ability to document medical information with written and electronic medical records

Pay Details: $45.00 – $50.00 an hour
